The name of the church is “Campus Bible Church of God.” It was initiated by requests from the Korean Extension students commuting from Duluth, Korean Town, where we plan to have a Northeast campus.

Since the Korean Extension students have been learning the Bible-based truth, numerous students had been seeking the opportunity to have Bible Study meetings with their family members and to invite their friends who are attending other Bible Colleges. Since July 25, we have been meeting from 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. every Wednesday. We are planning to change the day to every Thursday from the first week of November, because it will be more convenient to the students attending other Bible Colleges to accept their friends’ invitation.

Steve An and Sam An (graduated in 2006) have been leading the meeting and Yeoil Jang (graduated in 2006) joined this ministry last week (Oct. 10) for his internship training. Eventually, this meeting will be a new Korean church at the Northeast campus.
