If you are a member of a church affiliated with the Church of God General Conference (headquarters in McDonough, Georgia) and you are interested in applying, please follow these steps:

1.  Fill out the Application Form

2.  Ask 4 individuals who know you to fill out the Confidential Evaluation Form.  Be sure to put your name at the bottom of the form.

3.  Review the Mission Trip Timeline.
