Church Builders League assistance is granted on the basis of standards which were adopted by the Board of Directors of the Church of God General Conference .  This request form incorporates these standards.

14. Does the church hold a joint deed with the State or General Conference? 

If no, will the church agree to do this?   

(The Board of Directors of the Church of God General Conference will temporarily deed the property back to the local congregation by a Quit Claim Deed when it seems advisable for purposes of borrowing money.)

15. Does the church constitution contain a dissolution clause and a statement to protect assets in case of disputes? 
 

16. Include a drawing of building plans and some indication that these plans comply with local zoning laws.
