Atlanta Bible College offers a
Foundation Year Certificate, Associates in Theology
and Ministry degree, or a Bachelor of Theology. The
Bachelor's degree is offered in one of three tracks: Pastoral
Ministry, General Ministry, or Missions Ministry.
The educational experience at Atlanta Bible College is provided by a
variety of resources and activities. These include faculty
advisement courses, student discussion groups, Christian Ministry
experiences, seminars, guest speakers and visiting pastors, and
library resources. The students must do acceptable work and have a
grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 ("C") for the four-year
program of Professional Studies in Christian Ministry, the two-year
Associate Degree, and the one-year Foundation program.
One-Year Foundation Certificate
(30 hrs)
At least 12 hours in Bible and Theology (surveying both the
Old and New Testaments and covering basic Bible doctrine);
At least 8 hours in Ministry, giving skills in working in the
local church;
At least 6 hours in General Education (including basic
English composition) with emphasis on skills applicable to Christian
work.
4 hours of electives from any of the above three categories.s
Associates in Theology and
Ministry (60 hrs)
At least 20 hours in Bible and Theology;
At least 14 hours in Ministry
At least 12 hours in General Education courses.
14 hours of electives from any of the above three categories.
Bachelor of Theology (126
hrs)
36 hours in Bible and Theology
30 hours in Ministry
50 hours in General Education
10 hours of electives from any of the above three categories.
